The Pure Bristle hairs, sourced from boars, have the perfect standard quality for the beginner wet shaver and men who can appreciate the firm structure. The bristles also provide a gentle massaging effect when applying your shaving soap or cream.
Pure Badger
The Pure Badger badger hairs have the perfect quality for those who want to start using a badger hair brush or those who want a slightly stronger massage effect. The individual hairs are somewhat thicker but still soft and flexible, resulting in a massaging effect when applying a shaving soap or cream. The Pure Badger hairs are recognizable by their relatively dark color.
Black Fibre
The vegan Black Fibre hairs are synthetic hairs specially developed for wet shaving. In terms of dark color and softness, the synthetic hairs resemble natural badger hairs. The synthetic hairs also have equally good performance characteristics as badger hairs. The synthetic hairs even have slightly softer tips and are somewhat firmer and more durable. Besides the synthetic aspect, many people also prefer Black Fibre hairs because of the particularly creamy foam it produces.

- Moisten the areas to be shaving with warm water or shave immediately after showering.
- Apply your shaving soap or cream with the shaving brush using circular motions and gentle pressure. The longer, the better. You will notice that a firmer foam is created.
- Then let it rest for two minutes.
- Shave with a sharp blade. Do this with a steady hand and not too much pressure.
- Rinse the shaved skin with plenty of fresh water.
- Finish the shaving ritual with your favorite Aftershave.
Shaving Brush Maintenance
- Let fresh water (max. 45°C) run into the brush from above in the middle.
- Wipe repeatedly from different directions through the bristles until no foam residue is visible in the brush.
- Never use chemical cleaners to clean your brush, clear water is sufficient.
