The History of The Goodfellas' Smile
The brand was unofficially founded in 2010. The year 2010 is nowadays seen as 'the lucky year' by founders Nicola and Louisa, but it was anything but a lucky year. Louisa lost her job due to the economic crisis, the mortgage bill skyrocketed, Nicola's little nephew had to support their family and their savings were quickly running out. The weekly shopping started to become a problem.. and despite all these stressors, Nicola had to shave every now and then.
One Saturday morning, Nicola was standing in front of the mall's shaving section. He had no money to buy good products for shaving. He came home without shaving products, but with the idea of making shaving products himself. A few months later he had his first self-designed razor in his hand. It was then that it dawned on him that probably more people would have the same problem for the shaving section at the mall. So Nicola and Louisa set to work designing products for a wider audience.
A year later, The Goodfellas' Smile was officially born. Their goal has always remained the same; help other people and grow as a company that way.
