Return
Do you want to return your order or part of it? This is possible within 60 calendar days after receiving your order. Within 60 days of receipt you must inform us that you want to return the products. This can be done by e-mail, letter, telephone, message center or by registering the return in us Return portal.

You only pay the shipment
The shipping costs for returning are for the account of the customer, but you can use our rates. You can choose the carrier in the return portal. After reporting your return you have 60 days to send the products back.
Return Conditions
The product/products are unused, in original product packaging and state. Seal or cellophane of the product are intact. You bear the risk of shipping in case it searches. If it concerns a production error or have we delivered the wrong product, then we will of course take on the return costs and we ensure proper handling. Have you received a gift with your order? Keep in mind that it must also be returned if the return no longer meets the minimum order value that is attached to the gift. We refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the discrimination forging. The full order amount is reimbursed if the products are unused. So feel free to view the product as you would do in the store. Example: Remove the cream from the package, if not sealed, and view it from all sides, but do not use the cream. If you have used the product, we can no longer sell it as new and we cannot accept it as a return. For hygienic reasons, cosmetic products used or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Register return
You can register your return in us return portal. You can collect your order data via your order number (example: #123456) and e-mail address and you can choose which products you want to return. You can then choose a shipping method and pay for the shipping label. With a regular return, shipping costs will be charged, but you can use our cheaper shipping rates. > Return portal
