Reuzel 's Surf Tonic adds volume to the hair and provides the control and texture of a sea salt spray. The tonic has a light hold and gives the hair a messy, matte finish.
Active ingredients such as nettle and rosemary give the hair additional care and moisture. The hair is strengthened and protected throughout the styling process. This tonic is easy to wash out and fragrance-free.
