The payment and processing of iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, and Bancontact is done at The Alpha Men via MultiSafePay and/or Paypal. With these payment options, your payment is processed immediately.

Yes, this is possible. AfterPay takes care of all payments on account for us. We charge a fee of € 0.95 including VAT for this and after sending your order you have 14 days to pay the invoice. Communication with Billink is via email, so keep an eye on your inbox. If you have not received an email from AfterPay after 5 days, please contact us. Perhaps there is a typo in your e-mail address and the invoice from AfterPay is not delivered.

It sometimes happens that you make a mistake while ordering. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. That way we can always adjust or cancel your order.

We prefer you to order on our webshop. However, we also offer the option of taking your order by telephone. You can call our customer service on +31(0)850607010.

We ship to any country within the EU. Please select your delivery country on our homepage to view the countries that we ship to. If you cannot see your country listed, then it is likely that we do not currently ship there.

Yes, after you completed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail of your order with all the corresponding details within a few minutes.

The Alpha Men sends your order entirely free Within the Netherlands and Belgium when your order has a value of € 30 or more! The shipping costs are € 3.95 for orders under € 30. The minimum order value is € 10.

Delivery times depend on the destination country. If you order before 21:00 (not including weekends and national holidays), we’ll ship your order the same day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link. This way you can easily track the delivery of your order.

Yes, as soon as we have transferred your order to our shipping partner you will receive an e-mail containing a track & trace link. This way you can easily follow the delivery of your order.

Yes this is possible. Easily specify your delivery preference in the PostNL app so that your packages will be delivered to your way from now on. For example at a PostNL point around the corner, if you are a lot of home. Or just in the shed, if you find that easy. If you want something different, just adjust your delivery preferences in PostNL app.

Do you want to return your order or part of it? This is possible within 60 calendar days after receiving your order. Within 60 days of receiving you must inform us that the products want to return. This can be done by e-mail, letter, telephone, message center or by registering the return in us Return portal. After reporting your return you have 60 days to send the products back. All information about sending your order returns can be found on our Return page.

All items can be returned to us within 60 (sixty) days after receipt, provided that the item is returned undamaged, in undamaged original packaging and unused. Follow the steps and conditions indicated on our website under return.

A return package can be dropped off at the nearest post office in your area. You can choose the desired carrier via the Returns Portal . Yes, you pay the costs for returning yourself. The amount of the costs vary per courier service. More information about returning can be found in it Return portal.

Returned items must be returned to us in the original packaging if possible. Make sure that the items have sufficient cushioning to minimize the risk of damage. Think of filling/wrapping with bubble wrap, kitchen paper, foam flakes and the like. A sturdy casing is extremely important.

You have a legal warranty on all our products. The warranty does not affect any rights regarding legal warranty and (non) conformity that the customer can always invoke. You always have the opportunity to to report defects.
