Vacancy: e-mail marketer at The Alpha Men

Location: Stadskanaal, at least 32 hours a week

The Alpha Men is the online shop for niche care for men. We have grown from the Barbers Scene, but are taking big steps with the launch of *The Alpha Men - All Men *. A fresh house style, a new vision, and even greater ambitions to conquer the European market.

What are we looking for? 

We are looking for a commercial and creative e-mail marketer that thinks it is great to experiment with designs and texts to achieve the best results. You ensure that every newsletter and campaign stand out and converts. You know exactly how you can trigger, surprise and activate our target group.

Your role  

As an e-mail marketer you are responsible for our full email marketing strategy. From coming up with and setting up converting campaigns to analyzing the results and optimizing designs and content. Not a day is the same, and you love that. You are hands-on and know how you can achieve good results quickly and efficiently.

What are you going to do? 

• Devise and implement campaigns: You create commercial, creative e-mails that respond to the interests of our target group. You play with text and design to grab attention and generate sales.
• Content planning and segmentation: You manage the content calendar and you determine smart segmentations to get the right message from the right people.
• Analyze and optimize: You like numbers and know how to use data to make emails better and better. What did it work? What not? You draw conclusions and make improvements.
• Design and creation: You work closely with our designer or you get to work on visually strong newsletters. Whether it is new product launches or inspiring content, you ensure that everything looks perfect.
• Technical knowledge and innovation: You work with platforms such as Shopify Plus and Klaviyo, and you put where possible Ai In to automate and optimize our processes.

• Commercial insight: You know what sells and how you translate this into powerful e-mails.
• Creativity: You are bursting with ideas and you enjoy experimenting with designs and new formats.
• Hands-on mentality: You have everything on the legs quickly and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• Data -driven: You have an analytical look and you use data to continuously improve e-mail campaigns.
• Experience with email marketing software: You have experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms and you are familiar with the possibilities of Shopify Plus.
• Affinity with AI: You see opportunities to use AI and you are curious about the latest technologies that make email marketing smarter.

What do we offer? 

• A gross monthly salary between € 2,474 and € 3,600, depending on experience. (38 hours, reference date 01-07-2024)
