We are looking for an experienced and strategic senior customer engagement specialist. You are a pioneer who takes customer involvement to a higher level. You combine creativity with data -driven insights to develop campaigns that make an impact. With your leadership and expertise you give direction to our engagement strategy and you inspire both customers and colleagues.

Your role
As a Senior Customer Engagement Specialist you are the driving force behind our e-mail marketing strategy and customer involvement. You not only manage the development and implementation of campaigns, but you also monitor the broader impact on our customer lifetime value (CLV). With your ownership and initiative you take responsibility for the success of our customer communication.

What are you going to do?

• Strategy and implementation: You develop and implement innovative e-mail campaigns that are aimed at increasing CLV and customer satisfaction. You monitor the consistency of brand values ​​in all customer communication.
• Data analysis and optimization: You use advanced data analysis tools to understand customer behavior and refine strategies. You monitor results and translate them into concrete points for improvement.
• Segmentation and personalization: You optimize customer segments and personalize campaigns to achieve maximum effect.
• Leadership: You act as a mentor for team members, share knowledge and guide them in their professional growth. You are an example in ownership, set priorities and manage expectations.
• Innovation and process improvement: You investigate and implement new technologies, such as AI and marketing automation, to make processes more efficient and effective.

What do you bring?

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in e-mail marketing, CRM systems and data-driven marketing.
• Technical skills: Very competent in tools such as Klaviyo, Shopify Plus and AI solutions. You have extensive knowledge of marketing automation and personalization strategies.
• Leadership: You have proven experience in managing and inspiring a team and you are a strategic sparring partner for the management.
• Creativity and vision: You combine strategic insight with creative skills to develop campaigns that stand out and convert.
• Data -driven mindset: You base decisions on data and have in -depth knowledge of customer segmentation and conversion optimization.
• Communication skills: You know how to clearly communicate complex strategies to various stakeholders.
