Mariella Martinato has used real ox horn for the material, which has a number of advantages. Its chemical composition and molecular structure is similar to that of our own hair and nails. Horn is naturally non-static and therefore glides through your beard like butter. Unlike combs made of plastic or metal, horn ensures that your hair is not damaged, but smoothes, detangles and also makes it wonderfully soft.
As the comb is made from real ox horn, each comb has its own unique color and no two combs are the same.
