It sometimes happens that you make a mistake with your order. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. We can always adjust or cancel your order.

Ordering via the webshop is our preference. However, we also offer the possibility to record your order by telephone, this is possible through our customer service that can be reached on +31 (0) 850607010.

Yes, it's possible to order from any country in the EU. We charge € 8.95 for shipping. You get free shipping when your order reaches a value of € 100.00.

Yes, if you have completed all the steps of the process, you will receive a confirmation of your ordered order with the corresponding information within a few minutes.

Shipping & Delivery

The Alpha Men ships your order completely free of charge within the Netherlands when your order has a value of € 100.00 or more! Shipping is of course not free, but we do not charge you for this. If your order has a value of less than € 100.00, we ask for a small contribution of € 8.95 including VAT. The minimum order value is € 10.00. The Alpha Men ships via DHL. You can indicate during the ordering process whether you want the order delivered at home or at another address. A complete overview about shipping your order can be found on our shipping page.

After your order has been successfully placed and completed, we at The Alpha Men will do everything we can to ship your order on the same day. However, keep in mind that if you place an order with us on Saturday and Sunday, it can only be shipped on Monday. As a rule, if you order before 21:00 on working days, you will receive your order the next day. For more information about shipping click here .

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing all the information necessary to track the order and view the expected delivery time. The track and trace code to follow your order will become active around midnight.

Yes, this is possible via the PostNL app. You can change the desired delivery date and time in the PostNL app. If it doesn't work out at all, you can also have the order delivered to a PostNL point. The order remains with a PostNL point for collecting for 7 days.

Return & withdrawal

Do you want to return your order or part of it? This is possible within 60 calendar days after receiving your order. Within 60 days of receiving you must inform us that the products want to return. This can be done by e-mail, letter, telephone, message center or by registering the return in us Return portal. After reporting your return you have 60 days to send the products back. All items can be returned to us within 60 (sixty) days after receipt if the item is returned undamaged, in undamaged original packaging and unused. Follow the steps and conditions indicated on our website under return.

Returned items must be returned to us in the original packaging if possible. Make sure that the items have sufficient cushioning to minimize the risk of damage. Think of filling/wrapping with bubble wrap, kitchen paper, foam flakes and the like. A sturdy casing is extremely important.
