The Alpha Men is the market leader in niche care for men in the Netherlands. We are looking for creative talents who want to get everything out of themselves. Do you want to use and improve your skills in a challenging and dynamic environment? Then this internship is for you!
What are you going to do?
As a internal production for social advertising you work with our team to come up with and develop unique content for our social ads. You help with campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and Tiktok, where you create assets that connect to our target group. You learn how we realize the most effective advertisements through A/B testing.

Make a video of 5 seconds in which you create a Tetris game that was made especially for The Alpha Men. The blocks have been replaced by Haarstyling products from The Alpha Men and the game is recognizable in our house style. The game starts with two more blocks that have to be placed. As soon as these blocks are placed, the game is finished and the viewer has won. The screen is celebrating and shows that the player has won "50% discount" at The Alpha Men. - Level of education: HBO, ideally in communication, multimedia design or similar directions (other studies and levels are also welcome).
- Creative skills: You have a sense of social media and you understand how you make content that stands out and has an impact.
- ADobe Suite Pro: Experience with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
- Ai: You like to work with AI such as Midjourney and you are open to new digital tools.
- Tap expert: You are familiar with trends on the Socials and you know what scores on social media.
