Perhaps there is a typo in your e-mail address and the invoice from AfterPay is not delivered.

The Alpha Men ships your order completely free of charge within the Netherlands when your order has a value of € 100.00 or more! Shipping is of course not free, but we do not charge you for this. If your order has a value of less than € 100.00, we ask for a small contribution of € 8.95 including VAT. The minimum order value is € 10.00. The Alpha Men ships via DHL. After your order has been successfully placed and completed, we at The Alpha Men will do everything we can to ship your order on the same day. However, keep in mind that if you place an order with us on Saturday and Sunday, it can only be shipped on Monday. Returned items must be returned to us in the original packaging if possible. Make sure that the items have sufficient cushioning to minimize the risk of damage. Think of filling/wrapping with bubble wrap, kitchen paper, foam flakes and the like. A sturdy casing is extremely important.

You have the legal warranty on all our products. The warranty offered does not affect any rights regarding legal warranty and (non) conformity that the customer can always invoke. You always have the opportunity to to report defects.
