The Proraso Red Pre-Shave is specially designed for the thicker and fuller beard types that we often see on southern European men. As the name suggests, the pre-shave is applied before shaving. The creamy substance has moisturizing properties and softens and thickens the beard hairs, making them easier to shave off. When you use pre-shave, the blade glides over the skin more easily as a thin film is applied to the skin.
