The 4 Rosso can be seen as the successor to the 17 Rosso, as Roberto Ugolini moved from the 17 Rosso location to the 4 Rosso location in 2021. The name Rosso comes from the house numbers in Florence, where the red color stands for a commercial location. Due to the move, this perfume can be seen as the beginning of a new chapter in the history of Roberto Ugolini.
The scent of this extrait de parfum is best described as a fragrance reminiscent of shoemaking. The perfume opens with a leathery scent of saffron, supported by a sweet and smoky accord. The heart note of the perfume is dominated by the scent of Damask rose, which slowly leads you to the base note. In the base, you will find soft and woody notes of vanilla, amber and guaiac wood.
