The fragrance is named after Turnball & Asser's house number on Jermyn Street in London.
The fresh, woody and bold fragrance opens with crisp juniper berries together with citrus notes of mandarin and bergamot. The notes are followed by the floral scent of lavender and jasmine together with the earthy tones of iris and oud. The base consists of sandalwood, incense and amber wood.
